I want to thank you so much for your assistance in helping me purchase a tablet. Before purchasing it you were so kind and took the time to answer all my questions without hesitation. 
I bought the Andy 10 and am super satisfied with it! After using my boyfriend's IPad for several months, I knew that I did not want to spend that kind of money, especially since I'm less comfortable with Apple products. 
The Andy10 is  comparable to (IPad) what he spent (too many) hundreds of dollars on. I love it and have been using it constantly on a daily basis, as I am constantly on the road and the battery charge time is incredible.
If I was at all apprehensive before buying the Andy, your 14-day return policy and your customer service took all doubt away. I purchase many products online and you are one of the very few sellers that I've run across who are prompt in responding to questions and service not only before purchase but after as well!!! You deliver what you promise!!! I am thinking of buying my mother one, so you'll probably be getting another order from me shortly! Thanks again......Soula

  I recently purchased 3 tablets from MyTabWorld. I called the number from ebay and I spoke with Dean. He was very helpful and informative. I was in the market for a new reader for my wife. When I remembered Dean from MyTabWorld. I spoke with him on the phone and he told me Andi-7+ was a great option and it could download books from amazon or from the app store. I got two, one for my wife and one for my 11 year old. Both of them were happy to get it and havent stopped bragging how fast and good they work. My daughter mostly uses it for games. However in a few months, when school starts back, she will be using it to look up books and do research for projects.
    I was looking for something a little bigger and he told me about the Andi-10. I was very surprised by the price tag. I started to compare to the big brand name tablets and the Andi-10 was just as good if not better because of the price. I have had my tablet for about 2 weeks now and I can think of a single negative thing about the product. It is fast responsive and does all I need it to do and more.
 If you or anyone you know is in the market for a new reader or tablet. Do yourself a favor and call Dean and talk to him. He will match you with the best product available for you, even if it is not one of his products. I will Use Dean and MyTabWorld again and tell anyone who listens that they should too.

I have to thank you for taking the time to help me. Frankly, I thought the price was too good to be true. I'd been burned before with the attractive price and the over the top ad.  After reading what buyers had to say about you and your product, I decided to call and was surprised someone answered the phone. Can't say anyone else has a # to call. WOW. You spent time with me, but most importantly, you were genuanely concerned that I got what I needed. Finally andi-10 is unbelievable.....Max

I gave the tablet a 5 star out of 5 stars. The only thing that could be better is to have a GPS in it. Dean explained that he chose to have a larger battery (longer battery life) over the GPS. This was a good choice battery life is more important than knowing where you are.  You can still get driving directions and maps with the unit. The thing I found to be most important are:

1) The screen and graphics are great and the size is perfect. The (same as an I-Pad).

2) An SD card slot gives you more memory for music, pictures, apps., etc.

3) The operating system was quite fast and I never lost signal using the WI-FI connection.

4) The USB slot gives access to other devices like a 64 gig thumb drive or another computer.

5) Blue tooth. I was able to get the tablet to pair with my phone. I could not get the tablet to dial my phone. The problem was I was using an android phone app. Since the app was designed to be used on a phone it wouldn’t send the signal via Bluetooth to dial on another phone. (need another app).

6) I had no problem using the keyboard landscape mode even though I have fairly big hands.....Robert
